SIGNED: All prints are signed and labelled by the artist. If there is white space around the print, it may be signed and labelled below. If not, it will be stamped, labelled, and signed on the reverse. Sometimes it is signed both on the front and back.

POTENTIAL SURFACE OPTIONS:

CANVAS

Woven Canvas: Elegant double-weave surface texture with excellent color saturation (polyester and cotton). Always coated with satin varnish for protection.

+Mount: Woven Canvas can be mounted on the surface of rigid board or a cradled wood panel, ready for you to frame (frame not included), labelled and signed on the back.

+Brush Strokes: Textured brush strokes can be added to woven canvas to give the look of an original painting; includes gloss varnish for protection (or satin upon request).

PAPER

Paper Matte: 88lb Heavy Photo Matte, Soft White. This is my favorite print paper -- zero gloss, high detail and contrast. A beautiful, classic option!

Paper Linen: 60lb Lightly Textured, Photo Matte.

Paper Canvas: 60lb Enhanced, Highly Textured, Photo Matte.

Paper Metallic: Interesting Luster. Photo paper with a metallic, silver sheen, semi-iridescent.

+Coat: Paper prints can be sprayed with a UV and water-resistant lacquer for a permanent, protective, non-yellowing finish. The manufacturer states the paper can be placed in a frame without glass, as the coating protects it from general indoor elements.

Note: Sometimes there are other paper options, not described here.

GICLÉE PRINT: “Giclée” is a French word pronounced “zhee-clay” meaning, “sprayed or squirted.” My use of the word giclée refers to modern giclée — digital images are printed on archival paper using a professional printer that sprays pigment-based ink. (Some inkjet printers use dye-based ink, which is lower quality.) Using these methods, the prints could last up to 100 years under ideal conditions.
